QA/QC Introduction

A complete quality control system has been established in the company. From acceptance of the raw materials into the warehouse to selection of the solid wood, machining of furniture parts, molding by woodworking, painting, soft packaging till the product packaging, we exercise quality control on each process at different steps to ensure the reliable quality. We will conduct step-by-step examinations on drawings, raw materials, wood quality, sample board and structure before formal production, which help us to control prerequisites and factors in time and to ensure the satisfactory and desired products.

We have established complete production schedule and a rigorous control system, which can monitor the reasonable operation of the whole workflow and finally ensure the in-time delivery of products. We pay close attention to each process of production and exercise strict control. Each working procedure is in strict accordance with the set quality and acceptance standards. We implement such control over each process of productions so as to make corresponding amendment and adjustment at the first time and therefore guarantee the smooth progress of the product quality and production schedule.
